Houston Rockets player hospitalized after wreck, according to team

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A Houston Rockets player is in the hospital following a wreck on Wednesday.

According to the Rockets, after practice today, forward Terrence Jones was involved in a wreck while heading to the team plane for the trip to Phoenix. He was checked out at Memorial Hermann in the Texas Medical Center.

Test results were negative, but Jones was to remain in the hospital overnight for observation.

The team says he'll miss Thursday night's game against the Suns.
