PHOTOS: Police make grim discovery in search for Santa Cruz girl

SANTA CRUZ, Calif. -- Santa Cruz police announced the arrest of a 15-year-old boy in connection with the disappearance of 8-year-old Maddy Middleton, as a body was discovered tonight by detectives.
