Chief Meteorologist Tim Heller has the latest forecast.

Seasonably cool air is blowing into southeast Texas on northeasterly winds. Chief Meteorologist Tim Heller says temperatures will be about 10-degrees cooler than normal by Tuesday morning.

Although the day starts cool, a sunny sky and low humidity will help temperatures warm into the upper 70s by Tuesday afternoon.

This pattern of cool, crisp mornings and mild, sunny afternoons will continue thru Wednesday. Clouds and Gulf moisture will return Thursday followed by a chance for scattered showers Friday and Saturday.

Our next front will move through Sunday, which could spark additional heavy storms. Tim says the rain could be heavy at times with 1-3" of rain possible.
