Ben Carson will not accept Cabinet position in the Trump administration

According to Ben Carson's top adviser, Armstrong Williams, Carson will not accept a Cabinet position from Trump.

ABC News reports that Carson feels he can best serve a Trump Administration in an advisory capacity.
