HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Houston police are asking for your help to find the suspects in a fatal shooting in north Houston that happened over the summer, and they hope surveillance video jogs someone's memory.

It happened at around 4am on June 15 at an Exxon station at 2211 North Freeway. According to police, Jacob Bowman, 20, was changing a flat tire there when suspects in a small white four-door sedan pulled up.

The front passenger in the vehicle reportedly opened fire, killing Bowman. Police say Bowman's parents' vehicle, which was parked in the 700 block of Coolwood Drive, had been shot at nearly two hours earlier. Surveillance video shows a man running down the street shortly after that shooting.

Anyone with information about this case or the identities of either the male seen in the Coolwood Drive incident or the suspect in the fatal shooting at the Exxon service station is urged to contact the HPD Homicide Division at 713-308-3600 or Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS.
