SAUK RAPIDS, MN (KTRK) -- The National Transportation Safety Board is investigating a fiery plane crash in Sauk Rapids, MN. Two people were killed when the private jet crashed into a house.

It happened late Friday night. Investigators say the two people aboard the private plane were sightseeing.

The one person in the home at the time of the accident made it out safely.

Kole Heckendorf, who escaped the house, said, "The neighbors were actually outside, and they saw the plane crash into the house, and we were like, 'A plane, really?' Yeah, so it is unbelievable."

Police say the bodies of the victims were recovered from inside the home. Their names have not been released.
