Katherine Whaley's Pumpkin Pie Protein Smoothie

Serves: 1-2

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup canned pureed pumpkin
  • 1 5.3-6 oz container of plain or vanilla greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk of your choice (I happen to like coconut milk with this one)
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice (or cinnamon)
  • 2 Stevia packets (or 2 tbsp honey)
  • 8 ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Put all ingredients into a blender, and let it whir until completely combined!
