Heavy rains lead to high water rescue in Uvalde Texas.
Texas Game Wardens report that they're responding to high water rescue calls in South Texas counties after heavy rains flooded roadways. In Uvalde County, passengers from the vehicle in the first video were rescued shortly before it was swept away.
