Speaker: David Frank

David Fink is the program manager for safety and regional incident management with the Houston-Galveston Area Council. In cooperation with state agencies and local partners, such as TranStar and local city and county offices, David is responsible for managing operations and implementing innovative technologies to advance safety and mobility in the region's extensive transportation network. He also oversees regional transportation safety programs and the Gulf Coast Regional Tow & Go Program. David has a degree in mechanical engineering from Texas A&M University in Kingsville (formerly Texas A&I University) and is a registered professional civil engineer in the state of Texas.
