METRO resuming limited transit services

HOUSTON -- Houston METRO is resuming limited services this morning, but some services will remain shut down until flooding conditions resume.

Metro confirms rail service resumed at 10:30am. Bus services are also resuming on the following routes:

25 Richmond
40 Pecore/Telephone
50 Harrisburg/Heights
52 Scott/Hirsch
56 Airline
65 Bissonnet
77 Liberty/MLK
81 Sharpstown
82 Westheimer
163 Fondren

Buses will run as conditions allow, but there will be no park and ride service today. There will also be no HOV/HOT lane service offered today.

METROLift will be offering medically necessary trips only starting at noon.
