Possible road rage incident led to death
Police say a possible road rage incident led to a man's death. Mayra Moreno reports.

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Early this morning, police say the male driver of a motorcycle and a female driver in an SUV were involved in a potential road rage incident on the Katy Freeway hat ended with the motorcyclist's death.

The motorcyclist who died has been identified as 26-year-old Juan Morales Jr.

Police say both drivers were on the feeder road inbound at I-10 and Greenhouse around 5:30am, when the SUV driver tried to switch lanes and almost hit the motorcycle driver.

Police say the motorcycle driver actually pushed her side mirror in to get her attention. Soon after, police say, the situation got out of control, and the SUV hit the motorcyclist, and the victim hit a hydrant. He died at the scene.

Police say the SUV driver stopped at the scene and was questioned all morning. At this time, police say no charges will be filed, but that could change.
