Rockets move forward Josh Smith into Game 5 starting lineup

HOUSTON -- The Houston Rockets made a change to their starting lineup for Tuesday's Game 5 against the Los Angeles Clippers by moving forwardJosh Smith into the lineup and sitting Terrence Jones.

Smith played 22 minutes and finished with nine points, seven rebounds and four assists in Houston's 124-103 win, while Jones had 12 points and five rebounds off the bench in 24 minutes of action.

During the series, Smith has struggled to find his shot. He was shooting 27.3 percent from the floor while averaging 6.3 points per game prior to Tuesday night.

Smith, signed as a free agent during the regular season after his release from theDetroit Pistons, has been a productive member for the Rockets. He was a starter at first, but then elected to come off the bench. He averaged 12.4 points and 6.4 rebounds per game during the regular season.

Smith last started in late March for the Rockets.
