Though the NFL normally cracks down on players wearing custom footwear, this week will be an exception.

As part of the #MyCauseMyCleats social campaign, hundreds of players will don personalized cleats supporting charity foundations of their choice. Uni Watch's Paul Lukas took a look at some of the most interesting designs, including that of the Houston Texansquarterback Brock Osweiler.

Osweiler is showing his support for Ronald McDonald House Charities, which provides assistance to families with sick children. His cleats have a nice design element: if the two shoes are positioned together side by side, McDonald's signature golden arches are formed.:

Among other Texans with custom cleats for the occasion are receiverDeAndre Hopkinsand cornerback Charles James II:

This is the first year of the #MyCauseMyCleats campaign, but with so many players embracing the opportunity, it wouldn't be a surprise to see it become an annual staple.
