In fact, more than 60% of cardiovascular disease patients around the world are of South Asian descent. Cardiologist Dr. Shezhad Sami and ophthalmologist Dr. Mirwat Sami discuss some of the reasons behind the numbers and offer advice and tips to help people avoid the risks.
