Party on the Gulf Freeway? Man caught undressing and dancing on top of truck

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- In another episode of the things you'll see on Houston's roadways, a driver captured a man undressing on the Gulf Freeway.

According to an eyewitness, the man started undressing on top of the truck around 5:15 p.m. Friday.

The man did cause traffic to slow down, the eyewitness said.
