HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- Grocery stores are opening to the public for the first time since Hurricane Harvey left Houston underwater.
ABC13 went to the Kroger on Buffalo Speedway in Houston Tuesday morning to find a line wrapped around the building before the store opened.
Across the street at the H-E-B there was a similar scene, with people waiting hours to get groceries and supplies for the first time since Hurricane Harvey made landfall.
There were similar scenes around Houston.
