FRESNO, CA -- Merl Hefferman is proof there really are angels in the Hells Angels.

He and other members of the Fresno chapter of the notorious biker gang waited in line for five days outside a Walmart last week, just so they could buy every single bike that was listed on the company's ad. The group ended up purchasing over 200 bicycles.

The bikers will give the bikes away this Saturday in their annual Hells Angels Toy Run, which benefits kids at a local non-profit called the Poverello House.

"When a kid runs up and he jumps on this bicycle and he rides around and it's a good toy," he said. "It's not a jacket, it's not a glove, it's a bicycle. You ain't got enough money in this station that makes me feel the way I feel when I give these kids these bikes."

This act of generosity has touched people worldwide.

The photo of Hefferman waiting in line to pay for the bikes has generated over 1,000 likes on Facebook.
