Three homes damaged in Spring fire

SPRING, TX (KTRK) -- A fire damages not one but three homes in Spring.

Firefighters pulled a second alarm when the fire at the home on Grand Rapids Lane near Ciderwood spread to two neighboring homes. Neighbors say they are just happy no one was hurt.

"It's the scariest feeling I have ever felt. I thought everything that we had just purchased was going to go to waste," said neighbor Nancy Medina. "I thought someone had gotten hurt next door."

No one was inside the home where the fire first started. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
