Judge orders new jury selection
A jury will be chosen again in a civil trial involving Patti LaBelle

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- There's new information in a multi-million dollar lawsuit centering around a fight involving Patti LaBelle's bodyguards.

On Tuesday, a federal jury sided with LaBelle's entourage after 10 hours of deliberation.

Fomer Westpoint cadet Richard King sued the singer and her entourage claiming he was attacked for no reason at Bush Intercontinental Airport back in 2011.

His attorney argued King suffered brain damage from the incident.

LaBelle was dropped from the suit last week, and on Tuesday, jurors determined LaBelle's bodyguards acted in self defense.
