Boat fire sends smoke across Clear Lake

CLEAR LAKE SHORES, TX -- A boat went up in flames near Clear Lake Shores, creating a thick black smoke that could be seen for miles.
The fire started while the boat was docked near Jennings Island. Firefighters on the scene have brought the flames under control.
The boat is a complete loss. No injuries have been reported.
