WICHITA FALLS, TX (KTRK) -- An aggressive camel is blamed for trampling two people in Wichita Falls.

Authorities say Mark Mere, 53, was breaking ice in a water trough when a male camel attacked him. Then a 72-year-old woman tried to close the gate on the corral and the camel attacked her too. Authorities found their bodies at the Camel Kisses Camel Farm on Saturday afternoon. Both of the deceased suffered trauma.

Game wardens killed the aggressive camel. They say the camel was ready to breed which made it more aggressive.
