HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Three teens are now charged with capital murder in the November slaying of 19-year-old Rikko Valencia.
Valencia was shot at point-blank range in the face and found the morning of November 16, 2014, in the Springwood Baptist Church parking lot. He was on his way home from work at a Whataburger restaurant when he was killed.
Houston police say Andres Rojo and Edgardo Ligas, both 19, and 17-year-old Jorge Castro, arrested Thursday, each admitted to his role in the murder, saying robbery was the motive.
