Neighbors complain of trash dumping in Lake Conroe

LAKE CONROE (KTRK) -- Trash has been piling up on a rural property west of Lake Conroe in Montgomery County.

Neighbors are complaining to the District Attorney's office about the trash on a man's property near the intersection of Bailey Grove Road and Highway 149.

The owner of Bailey's Garbage Service says the man's truck broke down earlier this month and he wasn't able to unload his trash at the landfill.

The man said he has no intention of leaving the trash on the property.

The DA's office says the owner is cooperating, but that they are still investigating just to see how much trash is on his property.
