Ghosts to blame? Backhoe found in Lake Michigan

OAK CREEK, WI (KTRK) -- Police in Wisconsin are trying to find out how a huge backhoe ended up in Lake Michigan.

Some locals are blaming ghosts.

Highway workers spotted the backhoe in the lake with icicles dripping from it on Monday.
