Houston Zoo lionesses play in the snow

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- While most of the animals at the Houston Zoo stayed warm and snug in their barns and night houses, a few got a taste of the Houston snow.

The zoo posted a video Friday morning showing some of the lionesses playing in the snow. A sea lion was also seen sniffing some snow.

Some animals have seen snow before as a result of the zoo putting out fake snow for habitat enrichment, but not the lionesses,
