Police say 26-year-old Delmy Villanueva became irate in the back of a cruiser and began kicking the interior of the vehicle, then kicked an officer in the face with her high heel shoe. The troopers say they attempted to restrain her, but while doing so, Villanueva allegedly kicked a trooper in the face with her high-heel shoe, causing serious injury to the trooper's eye.
