According to data provided to ABC13 by FindEnergy.com, as of about 6 p.m., more than 17,000 people were still experiencing outages across several counties, including: Harris, Montgomery, San Jacinto, Polk, Liberty, Brazoria, Fort Bend, Chambers, Grimes, and Galveston counties.

At about 2 a.m., that number skyrocketed to more than 206,000 amid the powerful rain and wind.
Customers without power by county:
- Harris County: 8,524
- Montgomery County: 7,039
- Liberty County: 399
- San Jacinto County: 149
- Polk County: 580
Data shows that CenterPoint Energy had 11,463 customers who are impacted, and Entergy Texas had 4,952.
