This tactic WON'T get you out of a speeding ticket
Seems like drivers will do just about anything to get out of a traffic ticket. But this one may be the best yet!

WEST MELBOURNE, FL (KTRK) -- Seems like drivers will do just about anything to get out of a traffic ticket. But this one may be the best yet!

Florida police say Julius Lupowitz got himself in even deeper trouble when he made a fake 9-1-1 call!

"I see there's a murder that's gonna happen I swear. There's definitely someone gonna get shot. Please! Please! Wingate and Hollywood. Please!" Lupowitz is heard saying on the 9-1-1 call.

Lupowitz was pulled over Thursday for speeding in West Melbourne, Florida.

Police believe when the officer turned his back, Lupowitz made the frantic call, urging police to be sent to confront a gun-toting assailant. He hangs up but then calls back.

"Please! I just called. It's Wingate and Hollywood. I don't have an address," Lupowitz says on the call.

Instead of a $200 speeding ticket, Lupowitz could face up to five years behind bars, if convicted.
