All SB lanes of I-45 at Tidwell blocked due to vehicle fire

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- All southbound lanes of the North Freeway at Tidwell Road are shut down due to a vehicle fire.

The incident happened at 3:50pm. Traffic is backed up for miles so try to avoid the area if you can and find an alternate route.

No word on how long it will take crews to clear the area.
