Over-sized truck hits and damages 290 HOV lane, lanes are reopened

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- As you drive in this morning Highway 290 HOV lane is reopened after a truck accident, at the 290 exit ramp to the 610 West Loop.

According to TxDOT, an over-sized struck on that exit ramp struck the HOV lane above, damaging it.

TxDOT had engineers on the scene assessing the damage.
