Alleged flasher wanted for exposing himself outside Bellaire library

BELLAIRE, Texas (KTRK) -- Police are looking for an alleged flasher who exposed himself to a woman outside a library.

According to officers, the suspect struck around 5 p.m. at the Bellaire library.

Police say the man was wearing an NFL shirt and had multiple tattoos, including the image of a gun on his neck.
