NFL Network: Unlikely Andre Johnson goes to Texans minicamp

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- If Texans owner Bob McNair still doesn't think the Texans are rebuilding, he might have to change his mind.

Because if they don't have Andre Johnson, they are rebuilding.

The NFL Network is reporting it is unlikely that Johnson will be at mini-camp when the Texans hit the field next week.

Last week, when asked if he'd be there, he said if he had to say right now, no.

Johnson doesn't have a lot of options. He is locked up until after the 2016 season, and the Texans would have to eat $12 million in dead money if they traded him.
