The Houston Astros will reinstate outfielder George Springer from the seven-day concussion disabled list Wednesday, the team announced.
Springer was hurt crashing into the wall while making a spectacular catch against the Texas Rangers last week. He was put on the seven-day DL the following day.
The slugger played just one rehab game, going 1-for-4 with two strikeouts for Double-A Corpus Christi on Tuesday.
Springer is hitting .192 with four home runs and 12 RBIs this season.
Outfielder Robbie Grossman was optioned to Triple-A Fresno in a corresponding move Tuesday night.
