Florida surfer knocked off board by shark

A Florida paddle boarder was unexpectedly knocked off his board by a leaping spinner shark.

Maximo Trinidad was paddle board surfing at Jupiter Beach during his lunch break when a spinner shark leapt out of the water and hit the side of his paddle board.

The encounter was captured by a GoPro camera mounted on the front of Trinidad's paddleboard.

Shocked and smiling, Trinidad climbed back onto his board. He said he was not hurt during the wipeout.

"It was awesome," Trinidad told ABC News. "I was not even scared."
