Atascocita's defense shuts out Nimitz

ATASCOCITA, TX -- Nimitz's senior quarterback Darrell Stewart is not listed on the Cougars' roster as a quarterback; he's listed as an athlete.

Consequently, Atascocita coach Craig Stump and the Eagles knew the key to shutting down the Cougar's offense was to contain Stewart's athleticism.

Friday, the Eagles (4-0) held Stewart to just 44 rushing yards on 20 carries by sacking him five times on the night, allowing Atascocita to stay undefeated on the season with a 34-0 victory over the Nimitz Cougars.
