Astros outfielder Josh Reddick put on 7-day concussion DL

The Houston Astros have placed Josh Reddick on the 7-day concussion DL.

The outfielder sustained a concussion when he hit the right field wall trying to chase down a Joey Gallo triple in Monday's game against the Rangers.

He complained of a small headache afterward and was re-evaluated Tuesday.

In the corresponding roster move, Houston called up outfield prospect Derek Fisher from Triple-A Fresno. Fisher, 23, was hitting .335 with 16 home runs and 45 RBIs at Triple A this season.
