Frances Castaneda Dyess and Angel Quesada preview the upcoming East End Fest, slated for October 25 at the East End Esplanade.

Dyess is President of the East End Chamber of Commerce. Quezada is Folklife and Traditional Arts Manager at Houston Arts Alliance. The event is free to the public and will feature music groups, street dancers and three local marching bands.
