HOUSTON -- Dr. Cesar Maldonado, Chancellor of the Houston Community College System, discusses his goals and priorities for one of the largest community college systems in the nation. Dr. Maldonado took over the position two months ago and faces lingering challenges. But he says his focus is on students and the community.
