HOUSTON (KTRK) -- The Bayou City Art Festival begins on Friday, March 27th and this year the event will feature more than 400 artists.
This year's featured artist is Gregory Arth, whose featured artwork is a part of his tree series, which is inspired by the old oak trees on his property that surround his home and studio, some of which are well over 100 years old.
The festival begins March 27, Friday, from 12pm to 6pm; Saturday, March 26 from 10am to 6pm and Sunday, March 27 from 10am to 6pm.
PARKING:
Memorial Park is located at 6501 Memorial Drive. This year, there is no on-site parking at Memorial Park, however, a shuttle service will be provided for patrons from the conveniently located Northwest Mall at the intersection of Hempstead Rd. & W. 18th - just west of 610 W Loop N Northwest Mall. Shuttle passes are on sale now for just $3.
