Harris County Criminal Lawyers Association (HCCLA) Lawyers reading Declaration of Independence

In celebration of Independence Day, lawyers of the Harris County Criminal Lawyers Association (HCCLA) braved sweltering heat and stood outside the Harris County Criminal Justice Center and read the Declaration of Independence aloud. Lawyer Tom Berg said it's a good way to reconnect with some of the founding father's more eloquent and enduring phrases.
