The 3-floor, 4-bedroom apartment has teak wood flooring throughout and floor-to-ceiling windows. Those windows and the terraces off of each bedroom boast views of the Atlantic Ocean, Miami skyline, Biscayne Bay and South Beach. In addition to the 5,246 square feet of indoor space, it has 3,000 square feet of outdoor space.

The newly completed apartment is part of the Residences at The Miami Edition, a trendy set of apartments developed by Studio 54 founder Ian Schrager. The apartments sit at the top of -- you guessed it -- a luxury hotel.
