Raging overnight fire spreads to 4 buildings in Montrose

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- A raging overnight fire could cause traffic hassles for drivers this morning.

Part of Westheimer was closed for hours because of a large fire. It spread to four buildings before firefighters could get the flames under control.

Only one of those buildings was occupied. No injuries have been reported.

There's no word on the cause of the fire.

Drivers can use Richmond or Alabama as alternate routes while Westheimer is blocked.
