SPRING, TX (KTRK) -- A man carrying a gun near a polling place in Spring was questioned and released by deputy constables Tuesday afternoon.
According to Precinct 3 Deputy Constables, the agency received multiple complaints from voters, saying the man was carrying a gun too close to the polling place on Imperial Oaks Drive.
Photos from witnesses show the man was wearing a Trump hat and carrying a poster with a derogatory term for the LGBT community written on it.
According to Montgomery County Precinct 3 Chief Deputy Rodrigue, investigators determined the man was not breaking the law.
The man declined an interview with Eyewitness News and left the polling place in his own vehicle.
