Morbidly obese Doberman being nursed to health in Conroe

CONROE, TX (KTRK) -- Veterinarians are nursing a morbidly obese Doberman back to health in Conroe.

This dog, named "Big Bear," weighs 147 pounds. He came to Conroe's animal care services last week.

He has high cholesterol, joint trouble and a thyroid problem

Big Bear has already lost 7 pounds, after daily walks.
