Badly decomposed woman's body found in Brays Bayou in SE Houston

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A woman's body was found this morning in Brays Bayou in southeast Houston. The body, we're told, was badly decomposed.

The body was found near South Wayside near Wheeler about five feet from the top of the bayou's bank.

It's unknown how the woman died.

Police say the fire department was called to the scene, which is a remote area, opposite where the walking and biking trails are located.
