Woman cited for leaving children in car at Pasadena Walmart

PASADENA, TX -- A Pasadena woman was issued two citations after leaving her two children and a puppy in a parked vehicle at a Pasadena Walmart.

At 2:30 p.m. Pasadena police officers were dispatched to the Walmart at the 5200 block of Fairmont in reference to a concern for welfare.

According to police, witnesses said there appeared to be children left unattended in a vehicle not running and with the windows rolled up for an unspecified amount of time.

Police arrived to find two additional officers on the scene and they had already located the vehicle.
