HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A northwest Harris County Walmart was evacuated for several hours on Friday afternoon.
According to the Harris County Sheriff's Office, a woman entered the store just after 4pm and informed a security guard that her friend had planted a threatening device inside the building.

Deputies searched the building and ultimately found nothing.
A woman was led from the scene in handcuffs. Authorities say that she will be charged in relation to the incident.
The store has since reopened.
