Wine theme park, 'La Cite Du Vin" opens in June

FRANCE (KTRK) -- In case there was ever any doubt that dreams do indeed come true, a wine-themed amusement park now exists. La Cité du Vin, or the City of Wine, is in Bordeaux wine country of France and opens in June.

Everything about La Cité du Vin, has something to do with your favorite alcoholic beverage. The building is designed to resemble wine swirling in a glass and the top of the building provides a stunning 360-degree view of Bordeaux.

According to the park's website, La Cité du Vin is "where wine comes to life through an immersive, sensorial approach, all set within an evocative architectural design." The park offers a "permanent tour" where guest can visit 20 different themed areas exploring the history and culture of wine. There are also wine workshops and a grown-up style simulated boat ride.

Admissions prices are about $20 a ticket. Although, that flight to France may be a bit pricey.
