CALLAWAY, MN (KTRK) -- A massive explosion was caught on camera after a train derailment in Minnesota.
Officials in Becker County evacuated the city of Callaway around 12:30pm Thursday after a wreck between a train and semi-truck.
A fire began after the accident. Emergency workers, fearing an explosion, had to work to vent the 10,000 gallons of propane carried by the semi-truck.
But, the explosion came anyway, rocking the city at around 10:30pm. A huge fireball was caught on camera as it lit up the night sky.
Fortunately, no one was injured in the blast.
Several train cars detailed in the crash, but none were carrying hazardous materials.
Two of the train's crew members had non-life threatening injuries after the crash.
