THE WOODLANDS, TX (KTRK) -- The energy company, Entergy says supervisors have talked to a contractor after he was caught on camera spraying a dog.
The contractor entered the backyard of a home in The Woodlands to check their meter. The dogs approached the contractor and he sprayed them with a dog repellent similar to pepper spray.

The owner was home at the time and says all the contractor had to do was ring the door bell and ask for them to take the dogs inside. She also said that her dog posed no threat to him at only 11 pounds.
Entergy is getting the family a digital meter so no one has to go in their backyard anymore, but the family says their contractors should be better trained.
